We're a family
Ucare Home Services, LLC is a home care that provides non-medical home health aide and companion care services to seniors, elderly, older adults, mentally challenged, and physically challenged adults. Through coordinated care and support clients and their families, Ucare Home Services enables individuals to remain in the safety and comfort of their own home environments for as long as possible.
Excellent service is what we can provide. No matter if you are here for seeking in-home assistance for your loved one, or looking for assistance yourself, we are here to help answer any questions you may have.
Services
Companion Care Services:
Provide hands-on care for the client companionship, offer encouragement, and perform light housekeeping tasks including, but not limited to:
- Taking the client to appointments
- Running errands such as grocery shopping
- Activities such as taking walks, playing games, and reading
- Washing dishes
- Laundry and ironing
- Housekeeping
- Changing bed linens
- Watering plants and taking care of pets
Personal Care services:
Provide hands-on care for the client involving basic needs and basic daily activity needs. Duties may include but not limited to:
- Bathing, hair washing, and grooming
- Dressing assistance
- Medication assistance and reminders
- Assistance with toileting, transfers, and other personal are needs
Nursing care services:
With our exceptional nurses, your loved one will receive the best personal care possible. Our skill nurses will personally monitor and connect with your primary doctors for best medical practice. Nurses will be responsible for performing heath assessments, medical history before making critical decisions. Nurses will coordinate proper care, provide medical assistance, perform personalized interventions, promote heath, offer counseling accordingly and educate as needed.
Ucare Home Services provide excellent services including companionship, personal, and nursing care. Our team consists of experienced nurses that helps monitor your loved one’s medical conditions, enabling family and friends to have a peace of mind knowing their loved one is getting the care they deserve. Our personal care worker (PCW), and home health aide acts as caregiver and friend when family members or loved ones can not be present. They visit our clients in their home as often as necessary, which can include short visits or 24 hours a day, to help provide emotional support, personal assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship services. PCW and home health aide can also be available to provide care for clients in a hospital or other facilities.

It is our policy to protect all client rights, clinical records against loss, defacement, tampering, and use by an unauthorized person(s) or personal. This is a verbal consent gather by Ucare Home Services, LLC. personnel and client for enrollment purpose only. Ucare Home Services, LLC. are not authorized to use this information for any other purpose except for enrollment verification intended purposes. The Client's written consent shall be require for the release of medical information to persons not otherwie authorized by law (federal and state) to receive this information. Authorized persons who may review the clinical record include surveyors, physiscians, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and external and internal auditing personnel.
